Finals are over! I finished my last two (Comp Lit and Coptic) last night. It feels absolutely wonderful to have free time again. During school, I often feel guilty about doing anything other than homework — if I want to take a nap, something inside me says I ought to be doing homework, even if I’m dreadfully tired. (That’s not to say that I don’t like school. I do; I’m an academic at heart.) But now I’m free, free, free! Last summer it felt wonderful to come home from work and not have any homework to do for the next day.
