School has taken up more of my time than I expected, so the only book I’ve finished of those listed in my last note is The Grey King (I also finished Silver on the Tree not long after). I also read C.S. Lewis’s Letters to an American Lady. For my comparative literature class, I just finished Cervantes’ Don Quixote. I loved it. Quite long, true, but it’s very entertaining (which, like moving near the speed of light, makes it seem shorter). Speaking of my comp lit class, the other books we’re reading this semester are King Lear, A Winter’s Tale, Candide, The Sorrows of Young Werther, Faust, Anna Karenina, The Wild Duck, Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, and The Magic Mountain. I’m very excited.
Shadows of the Beyond is on hold for now, at least until I make sure I have time to work on it. (School is eating up a lot of time this semester.) It’s certainly not abandoned.
