      <description><![CDATA[<p>Rather than starting work on Ink with the low-level typesetting engine, I’m thinking it’ll be worthwhile instead to start with a processor that goes through <a href="https://bencrowder.net/coding/2016/rule-based-typesetting-with-ink/">Ink rules</a> and outputs TeX and/or SILE code.
