Got my first Lulu book (the font samples one) in the mail today. I ordered it on July 28, it shipped a few days later (I can’t remember for certain, but I think it was the 30th or 31st), and I got it about a week later (normal USPS shipping). Not too bad.
As for the book itself, the paper is delicious. It’s the perfect color (cream). The print quality is also quite nice, and overall I’m pleased as punch. Now I just need to get cracking some more on Project Cumorah so I can send it in… :) (When I finish the 6×9″ paperback edition, I’ll re-set it at 8.25×10.75″ for the hardcover edition.) Mmm. I’ll be making plenty of books through Lulu in the foreseeable future. :)
