My curiosity has been piqued by both Lulu and the bookmaking part of iPhoto. Lulu’s pretty darn cheap, and you can upload a PDF. I wonder how the paper quality is… Well, one of these days I’ll crank out From the Top of the Mountains there and see how it turns out. I also think I’ll try making a book of the best photos from my mission, through iPhoto. The quality looks pretty darn nice (from their website, at least). Mmm. It’s a bit more expensive, granted, but the prices are still pretty good all things considered. (In fact, come to think of it, I could probably do my illustrated kid’s book through iPhoto at about half the price BYU Press would charge me.)
I think I have an addiction to printing. :)
